Our Wedding Day

Our first stop of the day was by a river where we exchanged
our vows. We started our day around 6:45 AM, right at sunrise. We spent a few minutes relishing in the quiet of the morning, preparing our hearts for what was to come for the rest of the day, and then exchanged our vows.
Our ceremony was private and intimate by a small river, the sounds of rushing water and nature surrounding us. It was beautiful, perfect, and everything we dreamed of. No crowds, just us, our photographer/witness, the Lord, and His creation around us.
Our next stop was in Yosemite Valley where we soaked up a
little sun and had some fun. This was around 10:30 and while we were on our way to a beautiful waterfall, we made a little stop. These were some of our favorite moments of the morning.
Our last stop of the morning was at Lower Yosemite Falls
This held some of our favorite moments of the day. The tree logs we were walking on were slippery, it was cold and that added to the fun! These views were breathtaking
The last half of our day began with a little hike to Glacier Point (peep the hiking boots)

We finished our day with another hike that ended at Taft Point.

This was the best stop of the entire day. We spent a few hours together enjoying this area, laughing and crying and dreaming about our future and all that’s to come.
A fairytale, an adventure, a dream.
